rock'n'roll high school
been to a ska and punk show tonite at epfl’s bar, le satellite. the featured bands were
- a local ska band whose lead singer was a hyperactive tomboy-ish girl. she was real fun to watch. the music was good… some catchy ska-punk mixed with some reggae… neat. 4/5
- the animal boys, a RAMONES cover band. they rocked da house (read: the RAMONES kick ass!). cheap and fast 3 string chords, yeah! old school punk rawk yeehaw =D . the show actually really started after two third of the crowd left the room (must have been goooood students who had to go to bed). it looked like the band didn’t wanna stop playin despite the fact that the room was more than half empty! ROCK’N’ROLL!! 6/5 haha.
